Serkan Özcan is a SAP Technical Architect and AI Advisor with more than 17 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives across the finance, retail, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Before joining Sourcap as a founding mentor, he held key architectural and technical leadership roles within SAP Gold Partner organizations, where he guided large-scale transformation programs and shaped long-term technology roadmaps for mission-critical environments.

He is also the founder of NEKU AI, where he designs next-generation AI agents specifically built for the SAP ecosystem, focusing on intelligent automation, workflow optimization, and adaptive learning models.
